High Pressure Y Type Globe Valve Description
High-pressure Y-type globe valve is a special stop valve designed for high-pressure working conditions. Its valve body is Y-shaped and the medium is cut off or regulated by the linear rise and fall of the valve disc.
Features
Low flow resistance design
The Y-shaped flow channel is close to a straight line, reducing the flow resistance by more than 60%, with significant energy-saving effect;
The secondary throttling surface design of the valve disc reduces the erosion damage of the sealing surface by the high-pressure medium.
Adaptation to extreme working conditions
Pressure resistance reaches CLASS 2500LB (42MPa), and the temperature tolerance ranges from -196℃ to 540℃;
The chrome-molybdenum steel valve body (F91/F92) resists erosion of supercritical steam at 540℃.
High reliability seal
Integral valve seat + metal hard seal, with a service life of more than 100,000 openings and closings;
Pressure self-tightening structure: The higher the medium pressure, the tighter the seal.
Flexible structural configuration
The valve cover can be designed as threaded, welded or detachable;
Support electric/pneumatic drive to achieve automatic control.
