Stainless Steel Cryogenic Globe Valves Description
Stainless steel cryogenic stop valve is specially designed for low-temperature media (such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquefied natural gas) between -196℃~200℃. It is made of austenitic stainless steel (304/316/904L) or nickel-based alloy to ensure corrosion resistance, anti-brittleness, and high sealing performance in extremely cold environments. The valve stem drives the valve disc to move vertically to achieve opening and closing. It is suitable for high-pressure, high-purity, or corrosive cryogenic pipeline systems.
Performance advantages
Cryogenic resistance: Austenitic stainless steel undergoes cryogenic treatment to avoid low-temperature brittle fracture and withstand -196℃ working conditions. High sealing: The leakage rate of the hard seal structure is ≤0.01%, which complies with the BS 6364 cryogenic valve standard. Corrosion resistance: 904L and nickel-based alloys remain stable in sulfur- and chloride-containing media, extending the life of the valve.
