Bolted Bonnet Globe Valves Description
Bolted bonnet globe valve is a forced sealing valve with a bolted bonnet, which controls the flow or cutoff of pipeline media through the vertical movement of the valve disc. Its core feature is that the valve body and the bonnet are fastened by bolts and nuts, and a wound gasket (such as 316 with flexible graphite) is combined to achieve reliable sealing. This type of valve is suitable for pipeline systems in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, and electric power, and is suitable for pressure levels PN16~320 (Class 150~2500) and high temperature and high pressure conditions.

Bonnet connection method
Bolt fixing design : The valve body and the bonnet are connected by bolts, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance and replacement of internal components (such as valve discs and valve stems);
Sealing form : Use wound gaskets or metal-graphite composite gaskets to ensure no leakage under high pressure environments.
Valve disc movement mechanism
Lifting rod structure: The valve stem drives the valve disc to rise and fall vertically along the center line of the valve seat, and the flow rate is regulated and cut off by changing the cross-sectional area of the flow channel;
Forced sealing: When closing, pressure must be applied to make the valve disc fit tightly with the sealing surface of the valve seat to cut off the flow of the medium.
