Pressure and temperature
Pressure level: Complies with ASME Class 800 (about 13.8 MPa), suitable for high temperature and high pressure conditions, and the test pressure can reach 20.7 MPa.
Temperature range: Stainless steel materials (such as CF8, CF8M) are suitable for -29℃~500℃, and special designs can be extended to 550℃.
Material and connection
Valve body material: Made of A182 F304/F316 stainless steel, it has strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for media such as acid, alkali, and steam.
Connection method: Supports socket welding (SW) and flange connection (ANSI B16.5), suitable for pipeline systems with high sealing requirements.

Core design
Bonnet type: Bellows welded bonnet (GWBT-L type) or bolted bonnet, ensuring no leakage under high pressure conditions.
Sealing form:
Hard seal: Overlaying Stellite cobalt-based alloy, resistant to particle-containing media (such as slurry).
Soft seal: Optional PTFE or flexible graphite, suitable for clean fluids (water, oil).
Stem structure: Rising stem design (OS&Y) with trapezoidal thread, low opening and closing torque, supports manual or electric drive.
Performance advantages
Corrosion resistance: Stainless steel material + surface hardening treatment, suitable for acidic, alkaline and seawater environments.
Low flow resistance: Full-diameter straight-through flow channel, pressure loss is only 1/3 of the same-caliber stop valve, suitable for large flow scenarios.
Long life: Valve stem is chrome-plated, wear resistance is improved, maintenance period is ≥ 6 months.
