Fire hydrant gate valve Description
Fire hydrant gate valve is a key shutoff valve used to control the pipeline medium to be fully opened or fully closed in the fire protection system. It is specially designed for fire hydrants and sprinkler systems.
Operation method: The fire hydrant gate valve is usually opened by rotating the handwheel or operating lever to release water flow for fire extinguishing. When the pressure in the system reaches a certain value, the valve will also open automatically to ensure that the fire hydrant can quickly supply water.
