Basic composition
Valve body material: cast steel (such as WCB/A216 carbon steel) casting, high strength, strong pressure resistance, suitable for high temperature environment ≤600℃;
Connection method: flange connection (RF/RJ/wafer type), stable installation, reliable sealing, easy disassembly and maintenance;
Opening and closing parts: wedge-shaped or parallel gate, the medium is cut off by vertical lifting of the valve stem, and the flow resistance is almost zero.

Full-open and full-close design: only used to cut off or connect pipeline media, flow cannot be adjusted, otherwise the sealing surface will be eroded; High-pressure and high-temperature resistance: pressure levels cover 150LB~2500LB (American standard), temperature resistance can reach 425℃ (conventional) or 600℃ (special treatment); Sealing form: hard seal (welding wear-resistant alloy) or soft seal (copper/rubber), to meet the needs of different media.
