Tilting Disk Check Valve Description
Tilting disk check valve is a check valve based on the double eccentric disc design. It can achieve rapid opening and closing by tilting and rotating the disc, avoiding the impact and water hammer effect of traditional check valves. It is suitable for working conditions with strict requirements for low flow resistance, high sealing and rapid response.
Core features:
Non-impact closing: The disc gradually contacts the sealing surface of the valve seat to eliminate mechanical collision and noise during opening and closing; Streamlined flow channel: Venturi-type channel design, low flow resistance coefficient (about 40% lower than traditional check valves), significant energy saving effect; Multi-material adaptation: The valve body can be selected from stainless steel, Hastelloy, etc., suitable for high temperature and corrosive media (such as steam, chemicals). Key components
Valve body and disc:
The valve body adopts an integral casting process (some patented designs integrate the air pump pressure-maintaining shell to improve sealing reliability);
The disc is a double-eccentric butterfly structure, and the tilt angle design (such as 60° sealing line plane angle) realizes pendulum motion.
Sealing system:
Metal hard seal (tungsten carbide spraying) or elastic soft seal (polytetrafluoroethylene liner), supporting zero leakage standard;
Some models are superimposed with slow return springs and buffer screws to reduce closing impact force.
