High-performance non-impact check valve is an automatic valve that eliminates the impact force and water hammer effect when the valve disc is closed through special structural design (such as spring damping, inclined disc valve disc), ensuring one-way flow of fluid without noise and mechanical damage. Its core goal is to prevent the backflow of the medium while optimizing the stability and safety of the pipeline system.

 

‌Structural composition‌

Valve body‌:
The material is ductile iron, carbon steel or stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and suitable for high-pressure environments.

Connection forms include flange, thread or wafer type to meet different pipeline installation requirements.

Valve disc and drive components‌:

Inclined disc valve disc‌: Reduce the impact force when closing (compared with traditional swing valve disc) through the tilt angle design to achieve smooth opening and closing.

‌Spring damping device‌: Built-in high-strength spring (such as Inconel X750) or hydraulic buffer to absorb the kinetic energy of valve disc closing and avoid water hammer effect.
Sealing system‌:
The sealing surface is made of ‌alloy cladding‌ or ‌PTFE coating‌, with a hardness of ‌HRC55~65‌, erosion resistance and a leakage rate of ≤0.01%‌.
