High Pressure Check Valve

High-pressure check valve is an automatic valve that automatically opens and closes the valve disc through the flow of the medium to prevent the backflow of high-temperature, high-pressure and corrosive fluids (such as steam, oil and gas, chemicals, etc.), protect the safety of pipeline systems and equipment, and is suitable for extreme working conditions with a pressure level of CLASS 2500 (PN420). Its core functions include:

Preventing medium backflow: Avoiding equipment failure caused by pump or drive motor reversal.

Stabilizing system pressure: Reducing pressure fluctuations through sealing structure to maintain pipeline stability.

Core structure and design

Valve body and drive components

High-strength material: The valve body is made of forged carbon steel (A105), alloy steel (F11/F22) or stainless steel (304/316), taking into account both high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance.

Sealing technology:

Metal hard seal: The valve disc is welded with Stellite alloy (Stellite 6), which is resistant to erosion by granular media.
‌Elastic seal‌: The valve seat is embedded with PTFE or graphite composite materials to adapt to pressure fluctuations‌.
‌Classification and applicable scenarios‌

‌Swing type‌: The valve disc rotates around the hinge, with low flow resistance (pressure loss is 1/3~1/2 of the lifting type), suitable for large diameter (DN50~DN1800) and high flow rate scenarios‌.
‌Lifting type‌: The valve disc moves vertically along the axis, with better sealing performance, but higher flow resistance, mostly used for small diameter (DN10~DN200) high-pressure pipelines‌.
‌Wafer type‌: The compact design is suitable for space-constrained scenarios, commonly used in the chemical and energy fields‌.
