Metal Check Valve

Metal check valve is a one-way flow control device with metal materials (such as bronze, stainless steel, cast iron, etc.) as the main structure. It blocks the backflow of the medium through the automatic opening and closing of the valve disc. It is widely used in the fields of ships, chemicals, energy, etc. Its core functions include preventing the backflow of the medium, eliminating the water hammer effect, and protecting the pump body and pipeline system safety.

Applications

Shipbuilding industry

Fuel system: bronze stop check valve (GB/T596-83) prevents diesel backflow, and the sealing surface is compatible with heavy oil corrosion;
Steam system: stainless steel bellows stop check valve (CB/T3942-2002) is resistant to high temperature (≤200℃) and high-pressure steam (6.4MPa).

Petrochemical industry

Swing stainless steel check valve is used for acid and alkali medium transmission pipelines, and the valve body is welded with cobalt-based alloy to improve wear resistance;
High-pressure forged steel check valve (50.0MPa) controls the one-way flow of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to avoid gasification leakage.

Municipal and energy

Cast iron lift check valve is used for water supply network to eliminate water hammer effect (DN20~DN200);
Marine hydraulic stop check valve (CB/T4158-2011) is adapted to hydraulic oil system, and is equipped with damping device to reduce impact vibration
