Pressure Seal Tilting Disc Check Valve

The pressure-sealed inclined disc check valve is a check valve that combines the inclined disc valve disc with the pressure self-tightening sealing technology. It enhances the sealing surface pressure by the medium pressure to achieve zero leakage cutoff under high-pressure conditions. At the same time, it uses the inclined disc structure to quickly respond to changes in fluid direction to reduce water hammer effect and mechanical impact.

‌Selection and installation points

Selection suggestions:
High-pressure scenarios: give priority to all-metal hard seal + reinforced valve body structure (such as Inconel 718 material).
Corrosive media: choose duplex steel or nickel-based alloy (Hastelloy C276) valve body.
Installation specifications:
Horizontal pipeline: the valve disc axis must be perpendicular to the horizontal plane to avoid gravity interference with opening and closing.
Vertical pipeline: the medium flow direction must be from bottom to top to ensure that the valve disc is closed by its own weight.
