Manual Check Valve

Manual check valve is a valve that combines manual operation with automatic check function. The valve stem controls the opening and closing of the valve disc, which can manually cut off the flow of the medium and automatically prevent backflow by medium pressure or gravity. Its core functions include:

‌Two-way control‌: Manual operation realizes the on-off adjustment of the medium and automatically blocks the reverse flow;
‌Energy saving and consumption reduction‌: Reduce the need to install stop valves and check valves separately in the pipeline system, saving space and cost.

‌Valve body and sealing structure‌

The valve body is mostly made of bronze, cast iron or stainless steel (such as 316L), suitable for seawater, fuel oil and other media;
The sealing surface adopts metal hard seal (cobalt-based alloy cladding) or soft seal (rubber/copper alloy), and the sealing level reaches ANSI Class VI.
‌Operating mechanism‌

The valve stem and the valve disc are non-rigidly connected. When the valve stem is manually pressed down, the valve disc is close to the valve seat (shut-off function). After the valve stem is lifted, the valve disc can be opened and closed freely (check function);
Some models are equipped with handwheel or lever operating device, suitable for DN10~DN500 pipelines
