Globe Silent Check Valve Description
Globe silent check valve is a combination of globe valve and silent check valve function of the composite valve, not only through the stem manually control the media cut-off, but also rely on the spring or media pressure to automatically prevent backflow, and through the optimisation of structural design to reduce the closing impact noise. The valve is suitable for frequent switching of opening and closing. It is suitable for frequent switching opening and closing state and noise-sensitive piping systems (such as pumps outlet, HVAC circulating pipelines).
Key structural design
Integration of cut-off and check: the valve stem and valve flap are not fixed, the valve stem is forced to seal when it is pressed down (cut-off function), and the valve flap opens and closes automatically when the valve stem rises (check function).
Silent closing assembly:
Spring-assisted: Coil springs provide elastic force to shorten the valve flap closing time and reduce water hammer impact noise.
Guiding structure: Valve stem guiding stem section and guiding seat sliding fit, to ensure the precise trajectory of the valve flap movement, to avoid bias abrasion leakage.
Flow path optimisation: axial flow design with central conductor reduces flow resistance (similar to silent check valve type KFHC42X/T)
