y type check valve Description
Y-type check valve is an automatic valve characterized by a Y-shaped streamlined valve body. It drives the valve disc to open and close through the medium's own pressure to prevent the backflow of fluid in the pipeline and protect pumps, motors and other equipment from reverse impact. Its core functions include:
One-way flow control: only allows the medium to pass in one direction and blocks backflow;
High temperature and high pressure resistance: wide applicable temperature range (-40℃ to +550℃), maximum pressure up to PN320 (about 42MPa);
Erosion resistance and wear resistance: special sealing structure reduces the erosion damage of the sealing surface by the medium.
Core structural features
Valve body and connection method:
Y-type streamline design: reduce fluid resistance (compared with traditional straight-through type) and reduce pressure loss;
Multi-form connection: support welding, flange or threaded connection (such as NPT thread), adapt to different pipeline requirements;
Valve flap and seal:
Lifting or ball valve flap: The lifting valve flap is welded with hard alloy through the guide ribs to enhance wear resistance; the ball valve flap uses a rubber-coated ball or spring to assist in rapid closing;
Double sealing technology: The sealing surface adopts cobalt-based hard alloy cladding or PTFE soft seal, which is suitable for water, steam, oil and corrosive media;
