Carbon Steel ANSI 150 Swing Check Valve Description
Carbon steel ANSI 150 swing check valve is an automatic valve that controls the opening and closing of the valve disc by the medium's own pressure to prevent the backflow of fluid in the pipeline.
The valve body is made of carbon steel (such as ASTM A216 WCB), and the pressure level meets the ANSI 150 standard (corresponding to a nominal pressure of about 2.0 MPa), which is suitable for medium and low pressure conditions.
Structural features Swing design: The valve disc rotates around a fixed axis, opens in forward flow, and closes quickly by gravity or medium pressure in reverse flow. Full-bore flow channel: The streamlined channel reduces fluid resistance and is suitable for low flow rate and large diameter pipelines.

Installation and maintenance points
Installation requirements
Flow control: the direction of the arrow on the valve body must be consistent with the flow direction of the medium. When installed vertically, the medium should flow from bottom to top.
Support and fixation: large-diameter valves require additional brackets to avoid deformation or leakage of the valve body caused by the weight of the pipeline.
Maintenance recommendations
Regularly clean the impurities in the valve cavity, check the lubrication of the valve disc rotating shaft and the wear of the sealing surface. The hard seal needs to be replaced if it is worn more than 1mm.
