Forged piston check valve is a valve used in pipeline systems. Its main function is to prevent the backflow of media. This valve is manufactured through forging process and usually has high strength and pressure resistance, suitable for high temperature and high pressure working environment.

Forged Piston Check Valve Description

 

Forged piston check valve (i.e. lifting check valve) is a high-pressure one-way valve manufactured by forging technology. Its technical specifications strictly follow the American standard system and are suitable for harsh working conditions.

Structure:
Forging process
The valve body, valve cover and other pressure-bearing parts are formed by forging to eliminate the pore defects of the casting, the metallographic structure is dense, and the mechanical strength is increased by 20%-30%.
Piston structure
Valve disc (piston): Slides up and down along the vertical center line of the valve body, and relies on self-weight + medium backflow pressure to seal when closed;
Guide sleeve: Precision-machined inner cavity guide structure to ensure the stability of the valve disc movement trajectory;
Sealing surface: Overlay welding cobalt-based cemented carbide (such as Stellite), hardness HRC ≥ 55, erosion and high temperature resistance;
Self-sealing valve cover: High-pressure working conditions (Class ≥ 600LB) use pressure self-tightening seal, the higher the internal pressure, the more reliable the seal.
