The disc of the carbon steel swing check valve rotates around a pin located outside the valve seat, allowing the disc to open and close smoothly. The back of the valve disc is fixedly attached to one end of a rocker using a screw and nut, while the other end of the rocker is hinged to a bracket on the inner cavity wall of the valve body. This configuration ensures the stability and reliability of the valve disc. When the inlet pressure acts on the valve disc, it rotates open, allowing the medium to flow through. After the pump stops, the outlet pressure and the weight of the valve disc cause it to close, preventing the medium from flowing back. When the valve disc is open, there are no obstructions from other parts inside the valve, making the flow resistance minimal.
