Description
Cast steel check valve is a valve that uses the medium's own pressure to achieve unidirectional flow control. Its core function is to prevent the medium in the pipeline from flowing back and ensure system safety.
1. Organization structure
Cast steel check valve is mainly composed of the following components:
Valve body and valve cover: Made of high-strength cast steel, corrosion-resistant and strong pressure-bearing capacity;
Valve disc: Divided into lifting type (sliding along the vertical center line) or swing type (rotating around a fixed axis), the surface is often welded with hard alloy to enhance sealing;
Valve stem: After tempering or nitriding treatment, it has wear and corrosion resistance;
Sealing element: Choose metal seal or soft seal according to the working conditions to ensure zero leakage of the medium.
2. Core characteristics
Performance parameters:
Nominal pressure range: 1.0MPa to 32MPa, suitable for high-pressure scenarios (such as H41H type);
Applicable temperature: -196℃ to +550℃, covering extreme temperature environments;
Applicable media: water, steam, oil and acidic media, etc.
Structural advantages:
Low fluid resistance (swing type) or strong sealing (lift type), meeting different flow rate requirements;
Vertical design reduces installation space and has low maintenance costs.
Material advantages: Cast steel has high mechanical strength, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, which is better than cast iron valves.
