The valve disc of the flange tilting disc check valve is a butterfly-shaped inclined disc mounted on the valve shaft. The valve seat is a special floating, elastic metal hard-sealing type, which ensures that the valve seat can automatically adjust its position with the valve disc. The sealing surface of the valve seat is part of an inclined cone, and the sealing line formed between the valve seat and the valve disc is approximately an elliptical curve. The angle between the plane of this curve and the center line of the valve flow channel is 60°. The long axis of the approximately elliptical sealing line forms an eccentric angle with the cone axis, meaning that the axis of the cone where the valve seat's sealing surface is located and the center line of the valve body flow channel form a second eccentric angle of 15°~20°. The axis of the valve disc rotation axis is also aligned accordingly.
