Slip On Duck Bill Check Valve

Slip-on duckbill check valve‌ is a check valve that uses a ‌flexible rubber duckbill structure + slip-on installation‌. Its core function is to achieve one-way fluid control through the elastic deformation of the ‌rubber duckbill‌. It is mainly used in the medium conveying system containing solid particles and fibers such as sewage and mud, and has the characteristics of anti-backflow, anti-blocking and corrosion resistance.

Core structure and design features
‌Valve body and materials‌:
‌All-rubber duckbill‌: Made of fabric-reinforced neoprene or EPDM, it is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, and is suitable for temperatures from -40℃ to +80℃‌;
‌Slip-on connection‌: Connected to the pipeline through a sleeve or flange, suitable for DN50-DN1000 pipe diameters, and flexible in installation direction (horizontal/vertical);
‌Action characteristics‌:
‌No mechanical parts‌: Only rely on rubber elastic deformation to open and close, without springs, valve discs and other components to avoid jamming failures;
‌Adaptive opening and closing‌: The duckbill opens during forward flow (the larger the flow, the larger the opening), and closes to form a seal under reverse pressure;
‌Special design‌:
‌Anti-wrapping ability‌: Flexible rubber can wrap solid particles (such as stones and branches) passing through the valve body to maintain sealing;
‌Silence-absorbing buffer‌: The rubber material effectively absorbs water flow impact vibration and reduces system noise to ≤50dB.
