‌Pressure level‌

Complies with the ‌ANSI 300 standard‌ (corresponding to a nominal pressure of approximately 5.0 MPa), the shell test pressure and seal test pressure are higher than the ANSI 150 level, and are suitable for high-pressure conditions‌.
Some models are compatible with the API 6D standard and are suitable for harsh scenarios such as oil and gas‌.
‌

Applicable media and temperature‌

The valve body is made of carbon steel (such as ASTM A216 WCB), with an applicable temperature range of -29℃~425℃, and can withstand water, steam, oil and weakly corrosive media‌.
The hard seal design supports fluids containing trace particles, and the soft seal (such as PTFE) is suitable for clean media with two-way zero leakage‌.

‌Connection method‌

Mainly flange connection, the flange surface standard is American standard RF (raised face) or FF (full plane), and the diameter covers DN15~DN1200 (NPS ½~48)‌.
Some large-diameter models support clamp-type installation to reduce space occupation‌.

Petrochemical Industry‌
High-pressure pipelines and reactor outlets of refineries to prevent oil or corrosive media from flowing back.

Boiler steam outlets and thermal networks to withstand high temperature and high pressure (≤425℃, ≤5.0 MPa) conditions.
‌Industrial Water Treatment‌
High-pressure circulating water pump outlets and fire protection networks to prevent equipment damage caused by medium backflow during shutdown.

Selection and Installation Specifications

‌Selection Recommendations‌

Particle-containing media should be hard-sealed first, and corrosive media should be customized with anti-corrosion coatings or duplex steel linings.
It is recommended to install support frames for large-diameter (DN≥300) valves to avoid sealing failure caused by pipeline vibration.
‌Installation Requirements‌
‌Flow Control‌: The arrow on the valve body must be consistent with the flow direction of the medium. Only bottom-up flow is allowed when installed vertically.
‌Bolt Pre-tightening‌: Flange connections must be tightened with bolts diagonally and evenly to ensure that the sealing surface is evenly stressed.
