Its core structure consists of a valve body, disc, and sealing assembly, with the disc rotating 0°-90° via an actuating mechanism to achieve pipeline shut-off and flow regulation. In the fully open position, the disc aligns parallel to the fluid flow direction to minimize flow resistance.

Sealing Performance

Zero Leakage‌: Sealing grade meets GB/T 13927-2008 Class V or ISO 5208 Rate A, suitable for water, air, oil, and other media.

Corrosion Resistance‌: Seal materials are optional, such as EPDM for acid/alkali resistance, FKM for oil resistance, and PTFE for strong corrosion resistance.

Fluid Resistance

When fully open, the flow resistance coefficient ζ≈0.5-1.0, with minimal pressure drop. It outperforms gate valves and globe valves, reducing pump energy consumption.

Opening/Closing Characteristics

Double-Eccentric Design‌: The stem deviates from both the disc center and pipeline center, reducing seal friction and lowering operating torque by 30%-50%.
