single flange butterfly valve Description
Single flange butterfly valve is a valve that adjusts or cuts off the flow of pipeline media by rotating the butterfly plate. Its structural features are flange connection at one end and thread/clamp connection at the other end. It is suitable for water, gas, steam and particle-containing fluid control scenarios.
Main body design:
Valve body and butterfly plate: The valve body is mainly made of cast iron, carbon steel or stainless steel (304/316L), and the butterfly plate adopts rubber-coated metal (EPDM, silicone) or all-metal hard seal (surfacing stainless steel/hard alloy), with a pressure resistance of PN10~PN16 (1.0~1.6MPa);
Sealing form: Soft seal (leakage level ANSI Class VI) is suitable for clean media at room temperature, and metal hard seal can withstand high temperature ≤550℃ and particle-containing conditions.
Connection method:
Flange end: in accordance with GB/T 9113 or ASME B16.5 standards, suitable for DN50~DN2600 pipes; Non-flange end: supports threaded (NPT, BSPT) or clamp quick-install connection, which is convenient for quick disassembly and assembly of sanitary pipes (such as food/pharmaceuticals).
