Stainless Steel Lug Butterfly Valve

Stainless steel lug butterfly valve is an industrial valve made of stainless steel (such as 304, 316L). Its core feature is that the lug structure is designed at both ends of the valve body, and the pipeline is connected by flanges or bolts. It has high sealing, corrosion resistance and high load adaptability. It is often used in fluid control scenarios with medium and high pressure, frequent opening and closing or corrosive media.

Structural design

Lug connection: The lugs at both ends of the valve body are fixed to the pipeline flange through through holes (A type) or threaded holes (LT type). The installation stability is better than the ordinary clamp type, reducing the risk of bolt loosening caused by vibration.
‌Double eccentric/triple eccentric structure: The valve plate and valve seat adopt an eccentric design to reduce the friction of opening and closing and increase the sealing life (hard seal can reach more than 100,000 times).
‌Sealing performance‌

‌Triple seal: Some models adopt a combination of "double-layer soft seal + metal hard seal", which can withstand the temperature range of -50℃~450℃ and the flushing of particle-containing media (such as sewage treatment).
‌Material and corrosion resistance‌

Stainless steel valve body and valve plate (SS304, SS316L) can resist corrosion from weak acid, salt spray and organic solvents, and are suitable for harsh environments such as chemical industry and marine engineering.
‌Drive and operation‌

Supports manual, worm gear, pneumatic and electric drive modes. The electric model can integrate 4-20mA signal remote control and adapt to automation systems.
