Stainless steel butterfly valve is a butterfly valve made of stainless steel (such as 304, 316, 316L, etc.) as the main material. The valve stem drives the butterfly plate to rotate to achieve the opening and closing of the pipeline medium and flow regulation. Its core structure includes:
Valve body and butterfly plate: stainless steel integral casting or welding process, the surface can be polished to meet the hygiene requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Sealing form:
Soft seal: mainly non-metallic materials such as PTFE and rubber, suitable for low temperature (-40℃~150℃) and corrosive media.
Hard seal: metal laminate or carbide sealing ring is used, resistant to high temperature (up to 700℃) and high pressure (≤10MPa).
Connection method: support flange, clamp and lug connection, among which the lug type is fixed by stud bolts, suitable for industrial scenes with frequent disassembly.
