pneumatic 3 way ball valve Description
Pneumatic three-way ball valve is a three-way ball valve driven by compressed air. The pneumatic actuator realizes 90° rotation of the ball to complete the switching, diversion or confluence of the medium flow direction. Its core categories include:
L-type flow channel: connects two mutually perpendicular channels for right-angle switching of the medium flow direction (such as inlet→outlet A/B switching);
T-type flow channel: supports the connection or truncation of three orthogonal pipelines, and can simultaneously realize diversion, confluence and multi-way flow regulation.

Main structure:
Valve body material: stainless steel (304/316L), cast steel, etc., corrosion resistance is suitable for chemical and marine environments;
Sealing system:
Soft seal (PTFE valve seat): leakage level reaches VI, applicable temperature -30～180℃;
Metal hard seal: withstand temperature -196～450℃, suitable for high temperature and high pressure conditions. Pneumatic actuator:
The cylinder drive response time is ≤2 seconds, supporting 0.4-0.6MPa air source pressure;
Valve positioner (such as electro-pneumatic positioner) can be installed to achieve precise flow regulation and automatic control.
