3-Piece Threaded Ball Valves Description
Three-piece threaded ball valve consists of a valve body, a valve cover and an intermediate valve body. It is connected to the pipeline through threads (internal threads or threads). The ball rotates 90° around the valve stem to open and close the medium or adjust the flow rate. It is suitable for medium and low pressure clean or light particle-containing working conditions.
Its core structure includes:
Three-piece design: The valve body is divided into left and right valve covers and an intermediate valve body, which is easy to disassemble and maintain, and the sealing ring can be quickly replaced;
Threaded connection: It uses internal threads (such as DN15-DN100) or threaded interfaces, which are suitable for compact installation scenarios, and the sealing surface is directly fastened to the pipeline;
Ball and seal: The ball surface is polished (Ra≤0.8μm), and it is matched with PTFE or rubber sealing rings, and the leakage level reaches ANSI VI level
