Sanitary 3 Way Ball Valve

Sanitary three-way ball valve is a pipeline control valve designed for high-cleanliness industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and bioengineering. It can realize fluid direction switching, diversion or confluence operation through 90° rotation of the ball. Its core functions include:

‌Flow direction control‌: Switch the medium path through L-type or T-type flow channels to adapt to the reversing requirements of the production line;
‌Sanitary protection‌: Comply with international hygiene standards such as GMP, FDA, and EHEDG to avoid medium contamination.

Features
‌Material and surface treatment‌:
The valve body is made of 304/316L stainless steel, which has strong corrosion resistance. 316L material has better resistance to chloride ion corrosion;
The inner and outer surfaces are mirror polished (Ra≤0.8μm), with a dead angle design to prevent bacterial residues.
‌Flow channel type‌:
‌L type‌: Connect two orthogonal pipelines to achieve right-angle switching of the medium (such as inlet → outlet A/B);
‌T type‌: Support three-way diversion or confluence, suitable for complex process control.
‌Sealing and connection‌:
Food-grade sealing materials (PTFE, EPDM) ensure zero leakage and are non-toxic and harmless;
Quick-release clamps, threaded or welded connections make disassembly, cleaning and quick installation easy.
