Motorized two-way valve is a valve that realizes opening and closing control through a drive device (electric/pneumatic/hydraulic). It is used to accurately adjust or cut off the flow of pipeline media. Its core features include:
Bidirectional control: Through the linear or rotational movement of the valve core, the fluid is turned on or off;
Drive mode: Supports electric, pneumatic or hydraulic drive, and is compatible with automatic control systems;
Pressure range: The design pressure covers 0.4MPa~42MPa, and some high-pressure models (such as MHA manual high-pressure ball valve) can reach PN420 (42MPa).
Core structure design
Valve body and sealing technology:
Forged valve body: Made of 316L stainless steel or chrome-molybdenum steel, with high pressure resistance (such as MHA series with pressure resistance of 42MPa);
Seal configuration: PTFE soft seal (ANSI VI level zero leakage) or metal hard seal (temperature resistance of 550℃), suitable for different media requirements;
Anti-slip valve stem: Inverted seal structure design to prevent the valve stem from falling off under high pressure impact (such as CRCBV2 series pneumatic ball valve).
Safety protection:
Fireproof design: In accordance with API 607 standards, the metal seal automatically takes over after the soft seal fails (suitable for flammable environments);
Anti-static device: A conductive spring is set between the valve stem and the ball, with a resistance of ≤10Ω to eliminate the risk of static sparks.

Selection suggestions
Pressure matching:

Corrosive media: 316L stainless steel valve body + PTFE seal;
High temperature media (≥300℃): Stellite alloy hard seal.
