3 way motorized ball valve Description
Three-way motorized ball valve controls the rotation of the ball through the drive device (pneumatic/electric) to achieve the functions of diversion, confluence or cut-off of the three-way fluid channel. Its core features include:
Valve body structure:
L-type flow channel: orthogonal switching of two channels (such as hydraulic oil circuit reversing);
T-type flow channel: supports three-channel intercommunication or single-channel cut-off (such as chemical reactor diversion).
Seal design:
Floating ball: the medium pressure pushes the ball to press the valve seat to achieve two-way zero leakage (ANSI VI level);
Hard seal optimization: Stellite alloy surfacing sealing surface, temperature resistance up to 550℃ (suitable for high-temperature molten salt system).
Drive mode and automatic control
Pneumatic drive:
Double-acting cylinder: 0.05 seconds fast response, support high-frequency opening and closing (≥100,000 times life);
Single-acting cylinder: spring reset when air is lost to ensure fault safety (emergency cut-off scenario). Electric drive:
Integrated servo motor: supports 4-20mA signal control, suitable for industrial automation processes;
Intelligent sensor: valve body integrated temperature/pressure monitoring module (patented design) to realize pressure state data feedback.
