Manual Globe Valve Description
Manual globe valve is a valve that opens and closes the medium by manually rotating the valve stem to drive the valve disc to rise and fall. It is suitable for cutting, regulating and throttling scenarios. It has the characteristics of reliable sealing and easy maintenance. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, power and heating systems.
Maintenance requirements:
Check the seal ring wear every 6 months, the soft seal replacement cycle is 1~3 years, and the hard seal life is 3~5 years. 45.
Threaded connections need to be regularly replenished with raw tape, and flange bolts need to be pre-tightened to prevent loosening.

Manual Globe Valve
Advantages:
Good sealing: no relative sliding of the sealing surface, low wear, leakage level ≤10 ppm (soft seal) or ANSI VI level (hard seal).
High temperature and high pressure resistance: hard seal models have a pressure resistance of PN40 and are suitable for temperatures of -20℃~+550℃ (such as chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel valve bodies for power stations).
Applications:
Petrochemical: emergency shut-off and flow regulation of oil and natural gas pipelines. Energy systems: throttling control of high-temperature steam (≤550℃) or thermal oil pipelines. Corrosive media: PTFE-lined valve bodies (such as J41F46-16C) are used in strong acid environments such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid.
