LPG Ball Valve

LPG Ball Valve is a valve designed for LPG storage and transportation systems. It controls the medium on and off by rotating the ball, and has high sealing, explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant characteristics. Its core structure includes:

‌Valve body‌: mostly made of brass, stainless steel or carbon steel with nickel plating, with strong corrosion resistance, suitable for chemical components such as sulfur in LPG.
‌Ball‌: The surface is plated with hard alloy or sprayed with ceramic layer to reduce medium wear, and the full-diameter design reduces flow resistance.
‌Sealing material‌: The valve seat is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or reinforced graphite, which maintains elasticity at low temperatures to ensure sealing reliability.
‌Safety device‌: Built-in anti-static structure (such as conductive spring) to prevent static sparks from causing explosions.

‌Scenario‌: LPG tank inlet and outlet, tank truck loading and unloading pipeline, gas station distribution system.
