Cast steel floating ball valve is a kind of floating ball valve, the ball and seat are paired grinding, the entire sealing surface of the ball valve all sealing areas are precision grinding. Cast steel floating ball valve is suitable for high temperature and high pressure water, steam, oil, coal, fiber, thick and corrosive media, and media with particles. Metal sealed ball valve has floating ball and fixed ball two kinds of structure metal seat ring and ball contact, through the role of the seat ring on the uniform spring load so that the seat ring and the ball to form a seal. Due to the action of the spring load so that the auxiliary seal expansion, to realize the seal between the valve body and seat. The spring load is sufficient to provide a reliable seal between the seat and the ball. Under low pressure conditions, a sealing grease injection system can be designed between the seat sealing surface and the ball.

Precautions after Installation
1) Carefully unpack the valve, check labels and tags against a list of materials, specifications and schedules. Check whether the selected valve model, flange size, structure length is compatible with the system pressure, temperature, connection and other conditions.
2) Check whether the inside of the valve is clean, there is no foreign matter and hazardous corrosion, if so, please clean it before installation.
3) Handwheel and drive mechanism are not allowed to be used for lifting.
4) After the valve is installed, please clean the pipeline with water to remove any debris that may have been brought in during installation to prevent the sealing surface from being scratched.
5) If the operating space permits, the ball valve can be installed on the pipeline in any direction.
