Structural composition
Core components
Valve body and ball: Made of ASTM A182 F60 forgings (22% chromium, 5% nickel, 3% molybdenum, 0.17% nitrogen), the ferrite and austenite duplex structure each accounts for 50%, taking into account high strength and corrosion resistance.
Valve seat: soft seal (PTFE or fluororubber) or metal hard seal (overlay Stellite alloy), suitable for corrosive media or fluids containing particles.
Valve stem: duplex steel of the same material, with anti-flying shoulder structure (high-pressure anti-slip design).
Safety design
Fireproof structure: The metal seal automatically takes effect after the soft seal burns out.
Anti-static device: It can export the static electricity generated by the rotation of the ball (necessary for flammable media).
‌Double-line sealing valve seat‌: low friction design, reducing operating torque.
