4 Way Ball Valve

Four-way ball valve is a valve that realizes multi-flow control by rotating the ball. It can switch the flow direction of two media at the same time or realize the function of diversion and confluence, replacing the traditional complex piping system that requires multiple valves. Its core structure includes:

‌Valve body and ball‌:
Using 304/316L stainless steel or hard alloy, the flow channel reduction design reduces fluid resistance, and the flow coefficient Cv value reaches 50 (DN100);
The ball surface Ra≤0.4μm mirror polishing forms a zero leakage seal with the PTFE valve seat (leakage level VI).
‌Drive mechanism‌:
Supports manual worm gear, electric (4-20mA signal) or pneumatic drive, the actuator control accuracy is ±1°, and the response time is ≤3 seconds;
The explosion-proof actuator meets the ExdⅡBT4 standard and is suitable for flammable and explosive environments.

Working principle
‌Flow channel switching‌:
‌L-type flow channel‌: The ball rotates 90° to switch the orthogonal flow direction (such as inlet → outlet A/B), which is suitable for fast switching of the medium direction;
‌T-type flow channel‌: Supports three-way diversion/merging, and realizes complex process control through the combination of ball channels.
‌Sealing mechanism‌:
The soft sealing type adopts PTFE valve seat, which is temperature-resistant from -10 to 150℃; the hard sealing type is welded with Stellite alloy, which is temperature-resistant up to 425℃;
The valve seat grease injection structure design can inject sealing grease to maintain temporary sealing in an emergency.
