Three-way flanged ball valves feature a compact structure, attractive appearance, and excellent sealing performance. These valves are suitable for pipelines carrying water, steam, or oil media, and are used to change flow direction or to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline. They can achieve the switching of the medium flow direction in the pipeline and can also connect or close two mutually perpendicular channels. The pneumatic actuator can rotate 90 degrees with an air source and close tightly with very little torque. The completely equal valve body cavity provides a straight-through flow path with minimal resistance for the medium.

3 flanged ball valve
- Three-way flanged ball valves address issues in industrial production such as sedimentation, scaling, and blockage of slurry, mixed fluids, and dust in pipeline transportation, which can prevent valves from closing tightly.
- These valves are easy to operate. When opening, the ball disengages from the housing with no contact, resulting in low starting torque and flexible rotation. When closing, the squeezing and cutting action between the hemisphere and the valve seat removes debris from the sealing surface, allowing for smooth opening and closing, high safety, and good sealing performance.
- The eccentric structure of the sealing surface allows the ball to automatically compensate for wear, maintaining the valve's seal and ensuring a long service life.
- The T-type valve is a wear-resistant hard-seal ball valve. Its sealing pair materials are special, and the sealing surface undergoes special wear-resistant treatment. After treatment, the surface hardness can reach HRC65-72 degrees, providing excellent wear resistance.
- The valve surface can be painted for both normal and high-temperature environments. For high temperatures, imported paint resistant to 600°C is used. After spraying, the paint will not burn, carbonize, coke, or discolor under high temperatures.
