Three-piece high-pressure ball valve features a ball that rotates around the center line of the valve body to open or close the valve. The seal is embedded in the valve seat, which has a metal seat end with a spring. If the sealing surface becomes worn or damaged, the spring helps ensure that the seat and ball form a metal seal. This valve has a unique automatic pressure relief function: when the pressure of the medium in the valve cavity exceeds the spring preload, the valve seat at the outlet end moves away from the ball, allowing for automatic pressure relief. After pressure relief, the valve seat automatically resets. It is suitable for a variety of media including water, solvents, acids, and natural gas, as well as media with harsh working conditions such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane, and ethylene. It is widely used across various industries.
