The resilient-seated eccentric plug valve is a valve that uses an eccentrically designed plug (the plug axis is offset from the valve body axis) in conjunction with a resilient sealing seat. The flow of media is controlled by rotating the eccentric plug. Its eccentric structure ensures that the plug only contacts the sealing seat at the end during opening and closing, reducing frictional loss. The resilient seat (usually rubber or elastic plastic) has a certain deformation capacity, which can compensate for wear on the sealing surface and ensure long-term sealing performance. It combines the advantages of easy opening and closing, reliable sealing, and wear resistance, making it suitable for complex working conditions such as sewage, slurry, and fluids containing small amounts of impurities. It conforms to GB/T 13927 valve pressure test and CJ/T 280 resilient-seated eccentric plug valve standards, and is widely used in municipal water supply and drainage, sewage treatment, chemical, and metallurgical fields.
