Its core feature is that the metal valve body and plug surface are lined with high-performance perfluoroalkoxy resin (PFA) to achieve complete isolation of the fluid channel from the corrosive medium. 1. Structural design principle

Material properties

PFA lining layer: covers all parts of the valve that contact the medium (valve body cavity, plug surface, valve stem, etc.), has nearly inert chemical stability, and can resist corrosion from strong acids (such as concentrated sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid), strong alkalis and organic solvents.

Metal matrix: usually carbon steel or stainless steel shell is used to provide mechanical strength support.

Sealing and operating mechanism

The fluid is controlled by rotating the conical or cylindrical plug, and the lining layer ensures a tight sealing surface between the plug and the valve seat.

The low friction coefficient makes the operating torque significantly lower than that of metal sealed valves, supporting manual, pneumatic or electric drive.
