What is Micro-resistance Slow-closing Butterfly Check Valve

The Micro-resistance Slow-closing Butterfly Check Valve consists of a valve body, a semi-circular valve disc, a return spring, an oil reservoir, and a slow-closing small cylinder assembly. It opens the valve disc via the thrust of the medium, employing a two-step closing mechanism during backflow (first rapidly closing 80%, then slowly closing the remaining portion) to effectively balance water hammer pressure.

This valve features small size, light weight, low fluid resistance, and reliable sealing. The oil pressure slow-closing function is unaffected by the characteristics of the medium. It is suitable for nominal pressures of 1.0-2.5 MPa and nominal diameters of DN40-DN1200. The valve body is made of gray cast iron, cast steel, or stainless steel, combined with composite rubber seals, conforming to GB/T and API standards. It is suitable for industrial water supply, municipal drainage, and other fields. Due to the limitations of the sealing structure, it is not recommended for applications containing solid particles or high-viscosity fluids.
