The stainless steel 316 trunnion-mounted ball valve features a fixed ball design with a two-piece or three-piece body. Upper and lower bearings reduce operating torque, and a reinforced PTFE seal and spring-loaded seat assembly provide bidirectional sealing. It supports manual, pneumatic, and electric actuation. Its built-in fireproof seal meets APl6FA/APl607 fire resistance standards and automatically relieves pressure under abnormal pressure. The full-bore construction facilitates pipeline cleaning, and a drain port is provided in the valve body for leak detection and media cleaning. It is suitable for high-pressure, large-diameter environments.
