The installation precautions of the butt-clamp check valve:
- Placed in the pipeline should pay attention to make the direction of the passage of the butt check valve and the fluid flow direction;
- Installed in vertically placed pipeline. For horizontally placed piping, vertically placed butt-clamp check valve;
- Use an expansion pipe between the pinch check valve and the butterfly valve, and never connect it directly with other valves;

- Within the operating radius of the valve plate, avoid adding pipe joints and obstructions;
- Don't install a reducer in front of or behind the butt check valve;
- In the elbow near the installation of the butt check valve, be careful to leave a large enough space;
- In the pump outlet when installing the butt check valve, at least outflow six times the diameter of the valve space to ensure that the butterfly plate is ultimately subject to fluid action.
