Gas Welded Ball Valve Features

Fully Welded Structure

The valve body and pipeline are integrated using a welding process, completely eliminating the risk of leakage from flange connections. Suitable for high-pressure (Class 600 and above) and long-distance pipelines.

Corrosion Resistance and Hydrogen Sulfide Resistance

The valve body and key components are made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel and duplex steel, and the seals are made of PTFE or reinforced nylon, which can resist the erosion of acidic gases (such as H₂S) in natural gas.

Wide Temperature Range Adaptability

Operating temperature range covers -196 to 600°C (depending on material selection), meeting the requirements of both low-temperature and high-temperature liquefied natural gas (LNG) applications.

Optimized Sealing Performance

The ball is mirror-polished, and the valve seat adopts a metal-polymer composite structure (such as PTFE + metal), combined with a butterfly gasket spring design, to achieve bidirectional zero-leakage sealing.

Urban Gas Transmission and Distribution Systems:

In urban gas transmission and distribution networks, welded ball valves for natural gas are used to control the distribution and transmission of natural gas, regulate pressure and flow within the pipelines, and ensure the safety of gas use for residential and commercial users.

Long-Distance Natural Gas Pipelines:

Long-distance natural gas pipelines involve long distances and high pressures, placing extremely high demands on the sealing performance and reliability of valves.
