Gas Welded Ball Valve Features
Fully Welded Structure
The valve body and pipeline are integrated using a welding process, completely eliminating the risk of leakage from flange connections. Suitable for high-pressure (Class 600 and above) and long-distance pipelines.
Corrosion Resistance and Hydrogen Sulfide Resistance
The valve body and key components are made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel and duplex steel, and the seals are made of PTFE or reinforced nylon, which can resist the erosion of acidic gases (such as H₂S) in natural gas.
Wide Temperature Range Adaptability
Operating temperature range covers -196 to 600°C (depending on material selection), meeting the requirements of both low-temperature and high-temperature liquefied natural gas (LNG) applications.
Optimized Sealing Performance
The ball is mirror-polished, and the valve seat adopts a metal-polymer composite structure (such as PTFE + metal), combined with a butterfly gasket spring design, to achieve bidirectional zero-leakage sealing.
