PFA lined globe valve Description
PFA lined globe valve is a globe valve with polyperfluoroethylene propylene (PFA) as the lining material. It can cut off or control the flow of highly corrosive and high-purity media through the vertical movement of the valve disc. Its core design features include:
Lining structure: The valve body, valve cover and inner wall of the flow channel are covered with PFA coating (usually 2~5mm thick), isolating the medium from the metal valve body to avoid chemical corrosion;
Sealing form: The valve disc and valve seat are sealed with PFA or hard alloy cladding composite seal, which is both corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant;
Drive mode: Supports manual (handwheel or worm gear box) or pneumatic actuator (with buffer components to reduce opening and closing impact)
Material advantages
Corrosion resistance: PFA lining can withstand long-term corrosion from strong acids (such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid), strong alkalis (such as sodium hydroxide) and organic solvents;
Temperature range: -50℃~+150℃ (short-term tolerance upper limit can reach 200℃), suitable for high-temperature chemical medium transportation environment;
Cleanliness guarantee: PFA surface is smooth and non-porous, avoiding residual contamination of the medium, meeting the high purity requirements of the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries.
