Sealing technology
BS 1873 valves adopt a double sealing surface design (such as cladding carbide + metal hard seal), which is better than the single soft seal structure of some national standard valves;
Medium and high pressure models (such as Class 600LB) are equipped with self-tightening seals, which are different from the fixed seal structure of ordinary globe valves.
Material and process
Material selection is more flexible (such as stainless steel, chrome-molybdenum steel), and it is more corrosion-resistant than traditional cast steel valves;
