Bonnetless Globe Valve Description
Bonnetless globe valve is a valve that eliminates the risk of leakage at the connection by eliminating the traditional bonnet structure. Its valve body and sealing components are designed as an integrated whole. It is specially developed for fluid control needs under high temperature, high pressure and harsh working conditions. It is suitable for scenes with extremely high requirements for sealing reliability, such as power and petrochemical.
Structure and design features
Integrated valve body:
The valve body and sealing components are forged or cast as a whole, without an independent bonnet structure, which completely eliminates the leakage risk of the outer flange or threaded connection of the valve body;
The secondary throttling structure (such as stepped valve seat) is adopted to reduce the direct erosion of the medium on the valve disc sealing surface and extend the service life.
Seal and transmission system:
Sealing surface: The valve disc and valve seat are welded with hard alloy (such as Stellite alloy), with a hardness of ≥HRC40, and the wear resistance is improved by more than 3 times;
Stem assembly: The surface of the stainless steel stem (such as 17-4PH) is hard chrome plated, and the filler adopts flexible graphite or metal winding structure to adapt to high temperature and high pressure environment.

Applications:
High-temperature and high-pressure steam system:
Quick isolation of the main steam pipeline of thermal power plants, withstanding 540℃/25MPa working conditions, avoiding leakage caused by thermal deformation of traditional valve cover flanges;
Corrosive media control:
The inlet and outlet valves of the reactor of the petrochemical hydrogenation unit are suitable for 42MPa high pressure and sulfur-containing medium corrosion, and there is no failure record of the sealing surface;
Harsh environment of nuclear industry:
The primary circuit coolant isolation valve of the nuclear island has passed the ASME III nuclear grade certification and meets the long-term sealing reliability requirements in the radiation environment.
