Bellow Seal Globe Valves

Bellows-sealed stop valve uses metal bellows to replace traditional packing seals, effectively solving the problem of valve stem leakage. It is suitable for precise flow control of high temperature, high pressure and toxic and harmful media, and is widely used in petrochemical, power, pharmaceutical and other fields.

Selection and installation specifications
Selection recommendations:
For high temperature conditions (≥300℃), alloy steel valve body + carbide sealing surface combination is preferred.
Particle-containing media require inclined valve seats or extended bellows to prevent wear of the sealing surface.
Installation requirements:
Horizontal installation: Ensure that the valve stem is vertical and the bellows expansion and contraction are not restricted.
Operation direction: The flow direction of the medium must be consistent with the arrow on the valve body. Reverse installation is prohibited.
