API 600 Globe Valve

API 600 globe valve is a high-pressure valve designed according to the American Petroleum Institute (API 600) standard. It is specially developed for high temperature, high pressure and corrosive media conditions, and the opening and closing control is achieved through the vertical movement of the valve disc. Its core functions include:

‌Reliable sealing‌: Meet the leakage level requirements of API 598;
‌Pressure resistance‌: The maximum nominal pressure reaches PN420 (Class 2500);
‌Long life design‌: Adapt to the industrial environment of frequent operation.

Structural features‌ ‌Optimized flow channel design‌
The direct-flow valve body (Y-type or angle type) reduces flow resistance and is suitable for the cutoff and regulation of high-flow media (such as steam, oil and gas).
‌Carbide sealing surface‌
The valve disc and valve seat are welded with cobalt-based alloy (such as Stellite 6), which is resistant to high temperature (≤650℃) and granular medium erosion, and the sealing life is increased by more than 3 times.
‌Flange/Welding Connection‌
Provide flange (RF/RTJ) or butt welding (BW) interface, in accordance with ASME B16.5/B16.25 standards, suitable for high-pressure pipeline systems.
‌Enhanced Stem Guide‌
The valve stem is made of nitrided steel (38CrMoAlA), with a surface hardness of HV 900-1100, resistant to high temperature deformation and abrasion.
