Welded gate valve Description
Welded gate valve is a shut-off valve that is directly connected to the pipeline using a welded interface. The gate plate is lifted and lowered perpendicular to the fluid direction to achieve medium opening and closing control. It is suitable for industrial pipeline systems with high temperature, high pressure or strict sealing requirements. Its core functions include:
Forced sealing: The gate plate and the valve seat form a tight seal through mechanical pressure or medium pressure, and the leakage rate is as low as API 598 Class IV standard;
High-efficiency on-off: When fully opened, the gate plate is completely separated from the flow channel, and the flow resistance coefficient can be as low as 0.08, reducing the energy consumption of medium transportation.
