Swing gate valve Description
Swing gate valve is a new type of valve that combines the linear sealing and rotary drive characteristics of the gate valve. It drives the gate to open and close by rotating the valve stem, taking into account high-pressure sealing and low operating torque. Its technical characteristics are as follows:
Core structure and working principle
Typical structure
Valve body design: Mostly adopt wedge-type or parallel structure, and the valve seat surface is welded with STL alloy (thickness ≥1.5mm), which is resistant to erosion.
Gate movement:
Rotation stage: The valve stem rotates to drive the gate to rotate 10°~15° away from the sealing surface, reducing friction (torque reduction of 40%~60%).
Lifting stage: The gate rises vertically along the guide rail, and the flow channel is unobstructed when fully opened (flow resistance coefficient ≤0.08).
Drive mode: Manual worm gear, electric actuator (such as DZW series) or pneumatic device, output torque range 50~5000N·m.

Factory test
High-pressure sealing test: 5 minutes of pressure maintenance at 1.1 times the nominal pressure, leakage ≤0.01×DN mm³/s.
Cycle life test: ≥3000 times of full stroke opening and closing at room temperature, ≥1000 times of high temperature (350℃) working condition without performance degradation.
Key indicator control
Gate rotation angle tolerance ±0.5°, guide groove and roller clearance ≤0.2mm.
Valve stem surface is hard chrome plated (thickness ≥50μm), hardness ≥HRC.
